Passengers are allowed 1 piece at 23kg, passengers requiring additional baggage allowance may purchase extra bags subject to the following charges:

• Additional bag : SZL 320 per bag
• Excess weight: SZL 30 per kg
• The maximum permitted weight for a heavy bag should  not exceed: 32 kg 

Passengers traveling with only carry-on baggage will not be charged for sporting equipment. However, if a passenger has checked baggage, charges for sporting equipment will apply, even if they do not have a carry-on baggage. Applicable charges may vary depending on the type of sporting equipment. Above the permitted checked and carry-on baggage, all sporting equipment shall be allowed on condition that their weight does not exceed a maximum of 15kg and are packed as one piece. Though permitted, the types and quantities of sporting equipment may be limited by the aircraft type and thus must be pre-booked.

Individual sports equipment exceeding the dimensions of 190cm x 75cm x 65cm cannot be transported as checked baggage but as cargo. Moreover, all sports bags and cases must be used solely for carrying sports equipment and not for clothes or other items of a personal nature.

A handling fee applies to sporting equipment.

• Surfboards, kiteboards, paddleboards, and skateboards

An Unaccompanied Minor is a child aged 6 to 11 years travelling without the supervision of a parent, guardian, or responsible person aged 16 years or older.

Important Information

• Children under 6 years of age are not permitted to travel alone.
• A Young Passenger is a child aged 12 to under 16 years.
• Passengers between 12 and 16 years are considered adults for fare purposes and do not require special handling unless requested by a parent or guardian.
