Eswatini Air is committed to service excellence and in meeting our customers’ expectations. For all our flights from any airpor, we offer i) online self check-in and ii) airport check-in options.

  • Online check-in is available from 24 hours before scheduled departure time until 3 hours before departure. With this option, kindly logon on to our website at www.renac.co.sz and follow the easy self check-in process outlined for your convenience.Baggage drop facilities are available for all passengers who checked-in online and who wish to travel with checked baggage. Look out for notices and information boards on where to find our baggage drop areas, where our well trained customer service agents will gladly assist you.
  • Airport check-in services are also available at each of our departure points. Our check-in counters open 2 hours before scheduled departure time and close 45 minutes before departure. Travellers are encouraged to check-in as early as possible to avoid last minute rush and incidents, some of which include hold ups at airport security, immigration or customs.
    Check-in involves compliance to airport and national security protocols, therefore under no circumstances will RENAC accept a passenger to be check-in at the airport without the passenger being physically there in person.
    Travelers are expected to familiarize themselves with local regulations insofar as baggage rules and restrictions that may apply, including prohibited items.

Boarding

Boarding gate open 30minutes before scheduled departure time and close 15 minutes before departure time. All checked-in passengers are required at the boarding gate before we close boarding gates in order to avoid flight delays or being offloaded and left behind.
Information on boarding gates used will under normal circumstances be printed on the boarding pass and also displayed on airport information boards. Passengers are kindly reminded that boarding announcements are not always available, depending on which airport the flight is departing from.

  • Yes, after printing your boarding pass at home, you will have to drop your luggage at the dedicated online check-in drop off point and proceed to the boarding gate.
  • Yes, you can select or change your seat while checking in online.

     
  • For all international flights, passengers are required to check in at least two and a half hours before departure of flight (irrespective of class of travel).
  • Flying Blue Elite members (Gold and Platinum) traveling from Nairobi to any destination have priority check in and boarding and lounge access with one guest. Remember to present your Flying Blue card at the counter to automatically register your miles. Request for an upgrade to business class if you have sufficient miles. Upgrades are applicable only if you hold an economy ticket booked on S, B, or M booking classe. Upgrades are subject to availability.
