Online Payment Policy

Royal Eswatini National Airways Corporation, trading as Eswatini Air (referred to herein as “The Carrier”) reserves the right to require that at check-in counters prior to departure, passengers travelling on tickets paid by card and purchased via our website produce the credit/debit card used to purchase the related tickets.

The Carrier requests that in cases where the card owner is not traveling, card owner should issue and hand over to the traveller for presentation at check-in, an ink signed authorization letter confirming that their card was used for this ticket purchase. This letter must have the express approval to purchase the ticket, Origin and Destination, Amount paid, Full contacts of the credit card holder as well as a photocopy of his Passport or National ID.

The above documents should be available and be presented at check-in should the airline ask for it. If the passenger fails to comply with the above mentioned conditions, the Carrier reserves the right to deny the passenger(s) from boarding the flight.
Exceptions to the above mentioned restriction, are made only where the cardholder’s bank or card issuer has accepted liability to shift back to them during the 3D secure authentication process. It however remains the responsibility of the cardholder to verify with their bank/card issuer, or with the airline via ( that there has been a liability shift.
